Drive In Service
Come high winds or howling rain, you will remain dry while dropping your vehicle off at Robertson Prestige. Our undercover drive in service lane allows you to directly drive into the building before your vehicle is whisked off by our qualified technicians.
Courtesy Cars
All full pick up and drop off service is provided. We have 9 courtesy vehicles available, but be sure to book in advance as they are always in hot demand.
While You Wait
Help yourself to a tea or coffee; take advantage of our free WIFI and do some work on your laptop, watch TV or just sit and relax, read a magazine with the knowledge your vehicle is being well taken care off.

Tyre Repairs
Looking for new tyres or are your tyres in need of repair?
Our Aftersales Department has extended its services to now offer tyres and tyre repairs and maintenance. From supply, fitting, balancing or a repair, we can help!

Behind The Scenes
A state of the art 3D wheel alignment machine keeps your vehicle on site.
Safety Stop brake testing machine, will allow early detection of any brake problems and a very quick indication of wheel alignment.
The technicians each have their own individual work bays containing a hoist, data point, oil and wash basin. The days of grease monkeys and dirty workshops are definitely over.
Grooming
After a vehicle has been worked on it is taken to the adjacent grooming bay for cleaning. The Washtec drive through carwash, a soft-wash machine leaves a Robertson serviced vehicle looking tip top. If time permits your vehicle will also get a vaccum.
We also offer vehicle grooming. Please ask at the time of booking for pricing.
Our Car Grooming Manager Paul, has had over 20 years’ experience achieving the very best presentation possible, passing tips and advice onto a fit crew of keen car groomers.
Automotive Glass Repair Snd Replacement
We are excited to now offer full glass replacement and glass repairs on your vehicle through our After Sales Department.
To reduce the amount of disruption involved in organising vehicle repairs, we’ve expanded the services we have available to include both full glass replacement and glass repairs.
It’s all about making things simpler and easier for you, our customer.
Through our direct link to the manufacturer, we are supplied first-hand with the specific glass to carry out your automotive glass replacement, ensuring the process is seamless and at best, convenient and hassle-free.
Insurance claim? No problem. We can take care of that too! We’ll work directly with your Insurance provider to carry out the necessary repairs.
