The efficient drive system of the new Audi A6 Avant e-tron enables a range of up to 650 km1 and fast charging at up to 270 kW (DC). The charging break is therefore just about long enough for a coffee.

You can charge the high-voltage battery of the new Audi A6 Avant e-tron from 10% to 80% in about 21 minutes. If you only have time for a short break, it takes about 10 minutes to charge enough energy for up to 295 kilometres.
Electrifying performance.
The heart of the vehicle is the 800-volt lithium-ion battery integrated flat into the underbody with its impressive performance – both when charging and driving. Look forward to efficient, fast charging and a power output of up to 315 kW (340 kW in launch control mode).

Enjoy long-distance journeys thanks to the outstanding range and intelligent navigation with the e-tron route planner. This plans charging stops, preconditions the battery for faster charging and plenty more besides.
High Power Charging:
At HPC stations, a fast-charging capacity of up to 270 kW (DC) can be reached, which means that an energy content can be topped up that increases the range by up to 295 km in 10 minutes. There are two charging flaps available for charging with alternating current (AC).
Recover energy. Thanks to recuperation:
The recuperation system can be used to recover energy – both when coasting and braking. Recuperation when coasting is activated when you take your foot off the accelerator. The degree of recuperation is selected either automatically or manually via the steering wheel paddles – adjustable in three stages.
Breathtaking Avant design.
The strongly forward-sloping rear line, which expresses speed, is an eye-catching feature of the characteristic Avant form with flat roof. The optional black exterior package accentuates the vehicle’s dynamism still further with black design elements.
Electric. Futuristic. Sporty: The wide, flat appearance of the front end is emphasised by the inverted Singleframe in the body colour and the narrow daytime running lights. The headlights form a unit with the bumper and the distinctive air inlets.
Unique design: The all-round design trim under the roof edge emphasises the striking Avant form. The black inlay above the side sill indicates progressive e-tron design and symbolises the battery, the heart of the vehicle.
Powerfully design rear end: The width of the rear end is emphasised by the continuous light strip and distinctive roof edge spoiler. The rear diffuser and illuminated Audi rings create a dynamic look.
The optional Virtual exterior mirrors: The cameras of the virtual exterior mirrors project the rear view into the interior on high-resolution OLED displays – ergonomically in your direct field of view. They also improve aerodynamics and are electrically folding.
Charismatic light signature:
A new light design comes alive with the digital light signatures of the matrix LED headlights and the second-generation digital OLED rear lights. A total of eight digital light signatures are available in this combination including the new, active digital light signature.
Communication light:
A highlight of the digital OLED rear lights is proximity detection, which can warn other road users about the risk of collision. The communication light can display warning symbols in the rear light at the site of accidents and breakdowns.
Progressive lighting design.
The dynamic light sequencing of the coming home/leaving home function makes a progressive statement. The light strip across the entire rear end as well as the illuminated Audi rings are particularly impressive.
Discover new horizons.
The optional panoramic glass roof makes the clearly structured interior seem even more expansive and shows off the high-quality materials to advantage. It fills the roof area almost completely and consists of nine segments that can be darkened electrically.
Panorama display:
The large, curved panorama area is fully angled towards the driver and includes the Audi virtual cockpit plus (11.9-inch) and the MMI centre display (14.5-inch). Thanks to the MMI front passenger display (10.9-inch), navigation and entertainment, for example, can be operated separately from each other.
Intelligent lighting design:
The interaction light, a dynamic light strip under the windscreen, presents the interior in an attractive colour scheme and can assist you in certain situations. Light animations indicate, for example, the battery state of charge when charging or that the indicator has been activated.
Sit back and enjoy:
With 16 loudspeakers, the Bang & Olufsen Premium Sound System fills the interior with 3D sound. These are supplemented by two additional loudspeakers in the driver head restraint and two in the front passenger head restraint. They create personal sound zones for making discreet phone calls and receiving discreet navigation instructions.
Augmented reality head-up display:
View information such as speed, navigation instructions or messages from driver assist systems virtually on the road about 10 metres in front of you: with an augmented reality area in the windscreen. You can also display phone contacts directly in your field of view.

Use the continuously adapted vehicle characteristics for more driving pleasure and comfort – can be set with Audi drive select including new functions. Whether sporty or comfortable: adaptive air suspension lets you adapt your vehicle to suit your needs.

Convenient driving and parking. Besides park assist plus, four surround view cameras help you with parking and manoeuvring. Adaptive cruise control helps to maintain speed and distance on the road, while Lane departure warning helps you stay in your lane.

Sportiness and everyday suitability – both in abundance here. The rear seat backrest can be split-folded 40:20:40 or fully collapsed, thus increasing the luggage capacity from 502 to 1,422 litres.

Additional storage space.
A second luggage compartment with a capacity of 27 litres can be found under the bonnet. In conjunction with the comfort package plus, you only have to carry the key with you. To open, simply move your hand over the sensor at the front of the vehicle and the lid opens automatically.
Pull together.
With a trailer load of up to 2,100 kg, the new Audi A6 Avant e-tron also performs well as a towing vehicle. The optional mechanically swivelling trailer hitch can be conveniently locked and unlocked using a release mechanism.
