In combination with the lithium-ion battery, the electric motor provides sporty support for the 2.0-litre TFSI engine. The engine and motor combines can deliver an output of up to 220 kW in the A5 Avant e-hybrid.
Choice of drive type.
On the MMI, choose between the all-electric EV driving mode and the hybrid mode, comprising the electric motor and internal combustion engine. In hybrid mode, a slider can also be used to set the required target battery charge percentage.
Re-energise away from home.
Audi, in partnership with ChargeNet, provides easy access to a growing network of hundreds of public charging stations across New Zealand.
Recharge while you sleep.
The e-tron charging system compact is available for home charging. Charging with alternating current (AC) is possible with a maximum charging capacity of 11 kW.
