We have an opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team in Palmerston North and work with European Brands Audi, Volkswagen and Skoda as well as many other leading vehicle brands.

We are looking for a person who prides themselves on going the extra mile for others. If you’ve had experience in hospitality, retail, or call centres where you have had continuous customer contact and no day is the same, please apply.

The role is public facing so you will need to have a high standard of personal presentation.

Your various tasks will be, but not limited to: booking customers in for a vehicle service and seeing the process through to completion, following up on parts orders, repair quotes, and working to exceed the customer’s experience and adhere to distributors’ service levels.

The position is full time Monday to Friday.
